Nearly a decade later, I expanded my expertise by working as a Flooring Sales Assistant in an independent shop, gaining valuable experience in customer service and the full consumer journey.
To broaden my horizons, I transitioned to become a Flooring Sales Assistant in an independent shop. This experience enriched my skills in customer service and navigating the complete consumer journey.
With the wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship it led me to take the bold step of starting my own business.
